Scottish Folds are a very sweet, playful, soft-spoken breed that loves and thrives on companionship. They have a winning purrsonality and a sweet, open expression. They usually get along well with adults and children as well as other pets.



Only fold to straight breedings are performed at Kittyfield Cattery. We breed for health and temperament and have produced kittens that are healthy and friendly as well as beautiful.

We have plush short-hair kittens, and occasionally a long-hair kitten. Almost all colors and patterns are available. Fold-ear and straight-ear kittens are available. Straight-ear kittens make wonderful pets also and have the same sweet disposition and plush coats as the fold-ear kittens.

We also use American Shorthairs and British Shorthairs in our breeding program, both allowable outcrosses for the Scottish Folds.
